Our Products are licensed, not sold, to you. Your purchase of a Product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on compatible devices that you own or control, subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms.

The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Products on any compatible devices that you own or control and as permitted by these Terms. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Products. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Products, any updates, or any part thereof.

5. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
